Strategy:The Pastoral Institute of the Western Slope is a 2 year Residency program that develops future church leaders in four core areas:
Preaching – (Instruction, Simeons Trust Workshops, Sermon Prep, Delivery, and Critique)
Pastoral Care – (Visitation, Self-Care, Funerals/Weddings, Discipleship, Caring for the flock)
Theology – (Systematic / Biblical)
Leadership Devolopment – (Equipping Leaders, Setting Direction, Creating a Healthy Culture, Leading through Adversity)
Expectations:10-15 hours of work per week: 2-3 hours class time, 2-3 Hours reading/prep
